This is the boarding agreement that all pet owners are required to complete and return to our facility. You will be sent a google link to gather necessary information. You have the choice to print a paper copy or digitally complete it online via the Google link.

Yes, we offer overnight boarding for pets in our comfortable and secure facility. Our facility is climate controlled with full time video surveillance to allow us constant visuals of your pet. The video surveillance allows us to monitor all activity in the boarding facility 24 hours a day. Our home is on site behind the boarding facility therefore we have 24 hour access to your pets for their comfort and safety. Please visit our Services page for more detailed information in regards to kennel size for canine's and condo sizes for cats. We also do overnight boarding for various small animals as well. If you don't see something listed that you would like to inquire about please don't hesitate to reach out.
We require 72-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable. Any deposit paid will be applied directly to your booking and credited upon departure of your pets stay.
A one night non-refundable deposit will reserve your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance it then becomes non-refundable but can be applied to a future reservation. Future reservations must be booked within 6 months of the cancelled reservation. All unused non-refundable deposits will expire after 6 months. The future reservation must be booked and executed within the 6 month window in order to be vaild.
Holidays are considered New Years Eve and New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
All reservations that fall on or during a holiday, including the day before and after the holiday, are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total reservation. (Ex: if you have reserved a 4 night stay for one dog over the Thanksgiving holiday your non-refundable deposit would be a 25% total of your final invoice bill for your reservation.)
Non-refundable deposits for reservations made during a holiday that are cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reservation check-in date will not receive a refund for their deposit.
All non-refundable deposits will be applied to your final invoice upon checkout.
All holiday reservations will be allowed to apply the non-refundable deposit to another booking but the booking must be reserved and executed within 4 months from the date of cancellation.
Our boarding facility is cleaned and sterilized on a daily basis. As our furry companions have accidents or make messes those are immediately cleaned up, sanitized and the area is welcoming and clean at all times.
All our dogs and cats eat and drink from stainless steel bowls that are sanitized and cleaned daily.
Dogs:
They will be provided a stainless steel food and water bowl. We do not allow dishes and bowls from the furry family members home to be brought into our facility. We use a special stainless steel bowl that can be properly sanitized daily.
Upon your request, we can provide your furry family member with dry dog food, at an additional cost to you of $5 per day. We currently use Purina. All the furry family members that stay with us are provided with several treats a day.
We provide a comfortable dog bed (various sizes in house) for your furry family member. These beds are raised off the floor for comfort and ventilation. Upon special request, you can request a small blanket that we can provide your pet with. We have the means to wash and dry those articles as well, for proper sanitizing.
As of now we do not but in the near future, Yes! We will provide the additional service of transportation and chauffeur services for your furry family members and other small animals.
All locations within a 20 miles radius of our boarding facility is a flat fee of $20 (for a one-way trip). Each additional mile beyond 20 miles of our boarding facility (one-way) an additional cost per mile over 20. (Ex: a one-way trip of 18 miles, to pick up your animal the day of your reservation, is $20. A return trip to drop off your animal on the day of your reservation ending is an additional $20.)
If you would like to bring a small blanket or towel from home (that your furry family member is attached to and brings joy to) you may. If your dog soils the blanket or towel we will be required to launder the item during their stay. We do NOT allow any large throw blankets or comforters. We also do NOT allow animal beds from home. All our cloth material items that become soiled or are in need of washing & sanitization are done so while your furry family member enjoys their stay with us. We are not held liable for damage to your dogs blanket or towel during your dogs boarding reservation. You may and are encouraged to bring their own food from home. You may choose to pre-package the food into individual bags with instructions or just bring the whole bag in with you as long as there is a dedicated scoop to dispense the food with, and specific feeding instructions are left.
If you would like to bring a blanket for your cat or a toy that is his/her favorite, that is encouraged. As with the dogs it is the same with the cats and blankets. We do NOT allow any large throw blankets or comforters. We also do NOT allow animal beds from home. All our cloth material items that become soiled or are in need to washing & sanitization are done so while your furry family member enjoys their stay with us. We are not held liable for damage to your cats blanket or towel during your cats boarding reservation. You may choose to pre-package the food into individual bags with instructions or just bring the whole bag in with you as long as there is a dedicated scoop to dispense the food with, and specific feeding instructions are left. If you have a specific cat litter that you prefer to use during your cats boarding reservation you will need to provide that as well.
For other small animals, such as reptiles/birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, hedgehogs, fish, etc...you will be responsible for providing the animals cage, food, bedding, and any other necessities etc...for us during their reservation stay.
DOGS: We provide a comfortable bed to every dog that boards in our facility. It's a raised bed that provides comfort and ventilation for your canine. Upon request, we will provide your dog with a small blanket. The fee for providing the blanket and bed are no additional cost to reserve for your dog. However, if your dog destroys the bed or the blanket that amount will be billed directly to the invoice and due upon departure day of your dogs reservation. The cost for a destroyed bed is $20 and the cost for a destroyed blanket is $5. For an additional charge we can provide food daily at $5/day (feeding two times per day with our in house food, Purina). We also provide a stainless steel food and water bowl.
CATS: We provide a bed, food and water bowl, cat box, clumping cat litter and toys. For an additional charge we can provide food daily at $5/day (food will be available at all times to your cat unless otherwise specified by the client). We provide all cats with Purina cat food.
All dogs are feed an early breakfast and late afternoon dinner. Snacks can/will be given throughout the day after playtime intervals, unless otherwise directed by their owner. All dogs in our facility will be on a rotating basis of free play "off leash" but they will only be interacting with dogs that belong to the same owner, not with dogs from other reservation bookings. Water will be accessible to dogs at all times, along with a bed to lounge on (whether inside their kennel, in the indoor facility play area or the outdoor fenced yard). Our outside fenced yard will have plenty of room to play and run, while also allowing for time in the shade to relax and enjoy the breeze and fresh air.
All cats are allowed full time access to food (unless otherwise directed by their owner) and water inside their two room cat condo. Litter boxes will be changed at least twice daily (morning and evening). If the cat is social and would like free time outside of his/her condo, additional free time is allowed for relaxation around the boarding facility (at the discretion of the pet owner and dependent on the temperament of the cat).
Yes! We offer educators, first responders (firefighters, police, EMT and paramedics) & nurses (with a valid ID) a 10% discount.
We also offer a loyalty card that will receive a punch with every reservation/booking. After the 10th reservation/booking you will receive a free nights stay to use for a future booking.
