We are open to the public:
Sunday: we are in kennel operation only and do not accept drop offs and pick ups. On a case by case basis & by appointment only from 2pm - 4pm would be the only available times for emergency cases. We are a family owned, small business and do not make exceptions outside of this time frame for Sundays.
Monday through Friday the earliest drop off time is 7:30 am. The latest drop off time is 6:00 pm (by appointment only & our doors remain locked at all times during the day for the safety of our animals and staff.) These drop off times can not be guaranteed or assumed as granted unless you have received confirmation from our staff.
Saturday earliest drop off time is 7:30 am with the latest drop off being 2:00pm (by appointment only & our doors remain locked at all times during the day for the safety of our animals and staff.)
We would love to help accommodate your requests for drop off and pick up times. As we do not employ outside staff members we do request that all drop offs and pick ups be confirmed and approved. If you drop by and our doors are locked please give us a call, as this may mean we currently aren't boarding any animals or are busy caring for them...but can arrange for you to drop by once we're available.*
Yes, we offer overnight boarding for pets in our comfortable and secure facility. Our facility is climate controlled. Our home is on site behind the boarding facility therefore we have 24 hour access to your pets for their comfort and safety. Please visit our Services page for more detailed information in regards to kennel size for canine's.
We require 14 day notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
A one night non-refundable deposit will reserve your reservation.
Non-refundable deposits will be decided on a case by case basis if it is due to an emergency situation (act of God, death and illnesses, etc...).
Holidays are considered New Years Eve and New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
All reservations that fall on or during a holiday, including the day before and after the holiday, are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your total reservation. (Ex: if you have reserved a 4 night stay for one dog over the Thanksgiving holiday your non-refundable deposit would be a 25% total of your final invoice bill for your reservation.)
Non-refundable deposits for reservations made during a holiday that are cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reservation check-in date will not receive a refund for their deposit.
All non-refundable deposits will be applied to your final invoice upon checkout.
Our boarding facility is cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. As our furry companions have accidents or make messes those are immediately cleaned up, sanitized and the area is welcoming and clean at all times.
All our dogs and cats eat and drink from stainless steel bowls that are sanitized and cleaned daily.
Dogs:
They will be provided a stainless steel food and water bowl. We do not allow dishes and bowls from the furry family members home to be brought into our facility. We use a special stainless steel bowl that can be properly cleaned daily.
Upon your request, we can provide your furry family member with dry dog food, at an additional cost to you of $5 per day. All the furry family members that stay with us are provided with several treats a day, unless otherwise asked by their owner.
We provide a comfortable dog bed (various sizes in house) for your furry family member. These beds are raised off the floor for comfort and ventilation. For animals that do not do well with a bed or ones that like to chew up/tear a bed we will discuss other options for bedding.
As of now we do not offer this service.
If you would like to bring a small blanket or towel from home (that your furry family member is attached to and brings joy to) you may. If your dog soils the blanket or towel we will be required to launder the item during their stay. We do NOT allow any large throw blankets or comforters. We also do NOT allow animal beds from home. All our cloth material items that become soiled or are in need of washing & cleaning are done so while your furry family member enjoys their stay with us. We are not held liable for damage to your dogs blanket or towel during your dogs boarding reservation. You may and are encouraged to bring their own food from home. You may choose to pre-package the food into individual bags with instructions or just bring the whole bag in with you as long as there is a dedicated scoop to dispense the food with, and specific feeding instructions are left.
DOGS: We provide a comfortable bed to dogs that boards in our facility. It's a raised bed that provides comfort and ventilation for your canine. The is not a fee for providing the bed for your dog. However, if your dog destroys the bed there is a few of $20 that will be billed directly to the invoice and due upon departure day of your dogs reservation. For an additional charge we can provide food daily at $5/day (feeding two times per day with our in house food). We also provide a stainless steel food and water bowl.
All dogs are feed an early breakfast and late afternoon/dinner. Snacks can/will be given throughout the day after playtime intervals, unless otherwise directed by their owner. All dogs in our facility will be on a rotating basis of free play "off leash" but they will only be interacting with dogs that belong to the same owner, not with dogs from other reservation bookings. Only on specific boarding reservations do we socialize the dogs of the same temperament, size and various other factors due to our facility being so small. Water will be accessible to dogs at all times, along with a bed to lounge on (whether inside their kennel, in the indoor facility play area or the outdoor fenced yard). Our outside fenced yard will have plenty of room to play and run, while also allowing for time in the shade to relax and enjoy the breeze and fresh air.
Yes! We offer educators, first responders (firefighters, police, EMT and paramedics), nurses (with a valid ID) & veterans a 10% discount.
