All deposits are due at the time your booking/reservation is confirmed and finalized. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your booking. If your booking is cancelled less than 72 hours in advance you will not be refunded your deposit. If you would like to reschedule your booking and move it to a future date then your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled booking/reservation. Deposits are calculated at the full payment of one overnight booking fee (this includes all animals being boarded. Ex: if you have two dogs being boarded you will be charged a deposit of one overnight stay for each dog). **please see more answers about holidays and non-refundable deposits under the FAQ page on our website**

Canines: All canines are required to be up to date on shots a minimum of 14 days before the first day of your dogs boarding stay. The required vaccines are: Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Bordetella. 

Your dog IS REQUIRED to be current on all the vaccines listed above. You will be required to submit documentation from your veterinarian's office to provide proof of the vaccines and their validity. 

Felines: All felines are required to be up to date on shots at least 14 days before boarding. The required vaccines are:  Rabies, FVRCP and Bordetella. 

Both dogs and cats should receive and be on a routine treatment for fleas and ticks. This is a protection for your furry family member and for our other animals temporarily living in our facility. We use pet friendly flea and tick pest control but fleas and ticks are always a possibility when animals are boarded outside the home. We can not 100% guarantee the facility as pest and tick free facility since it does have animals spending time outdoors in grassy areas. We do promise to do our best to prevent any spread of fleas and ticks. 

**Not currently offering this service but we will be in the near future. We'll be providing chauffeur and transportation services to locations within a 20 miles radius of our boarding facility is a flat fee of $20 (for a one-way trip). Each additional mile beyond 20 miles of our boarding facility (one-way) will be an additional fee per mile. (Ex: a one-way trip of 18 miles, to pick up your animal the day of your reservation, is $20. A return trip to drop off your animal on the day of your reservation ending is an additional $20.)

Please make sure all required paperwork is completed and approved by our staff asap several days before the first day of your reservation. You will receive a confirmation call, email, or message once we receive your documents and they have been approved. This is to ensure all vaccines and requirements for your animals stay meets our requirements and ensures the safety of your animal and others in our facility. If there are any missing or unclear components you will be required to correctly and fully complete those components before the first day of your reservation. You will find all the necessary documents and forms that need to be completed are located on the FAQ page of our website. These forms can be downloaded and printed if you would like to hand deliver them to us OR they can be emailed and completed virtually and will be submitted directly to us as well.

We understand that every pet is unique. That's why we offer customized care plans to meet your pet's specific needs. Whether your pet requires special medication or has a specific routine, we've got you covered, normally at no additional charge but granted on a case by case basis...just reach out and ask specifically so we are fully aware what you are needing and seeking. Please provide our staff with any necessary or special needs your furry family members and small animals will need during their stay with us.

All medicines that your furry family or small animal will receive (if any)  must be in their original container and clearly labeled with directions and dosage. 

Please let us know if you have animal with aggressive tendencies towards other pets or humans. We strive to be prepared as much as possible before your furry members arrival and stay. You will be asked to complete questions pertaining to this nature in your client paperwork.
