Arrivals and departure procedures
Wondering what time you can drop off and pick up and what our procedures are?
Earliest time for drop off is 7:30am. If you need an earlier drop off time that will need to be discussed on a case by case basis. Just ask!
We treat all our furry guests just like a hotel for people would for departure times. If you are picking up later than 4pm or if your furry guest is staying more than 24 hours before departure (ex: dropping off at 8am and picking up at 11am the next day) you will be charged a day boarding fee on the day of departure. All departures after 6pm will be charged an automatic overnight boarding charge. Last pick up time available is 8:45pm. After 8:45pm you will not be able to pick up your dog until opening of business the following morning.
