Arrivals and departure procedures
Wondering what time you can drop off and pick up and what our procedures are?
Earliest time for drop off is 7:30am. If you need an earlier drop off time that will need to be discussed on a case by case basis. Just ask!
We treat all our furry guests just like a hotel for people would for departure times. If you are picking up later than 4pm you will be charged a day boarding fee on the day of departure. All departures after 6pm will be charged an automatic overnight boarding charge. If you need a late pick up after 6pm this is only offered on a case by case basis. If you pick up between 6-8pm you will still be charged the additional nights boarding fee. Just ask if you have any questions!
We are only in kennel operating schedule for Sunday's and do not offer drop off or pick ups on Sundays unless pre-approved on a limited case by case basis. Saturday pick up schedules are available on a dedicated pre-scheduled & approved pick up time. All pick up and drop off times are on a scheduled appointment time. Please be respectful of our time and show up promptly at the time you've chosen and asked for.
